Great video explanation! I have a question for you regarding the fan inside of the unit inside of the house. We were told via HVAC company that we could leave this fan running constantly on the “on” setting as opposed to using the “auto” setting. In your opinion is this ok to do or can it cause any problems?

I’m not much of an HVAC technician by any means, but we actually have our fan set to the “On” setting. It does turn off at certain times, but I’d say it’s running 90% of the time. I think it’s good to keep airflow moving throughout the house so that it doesn’t eventually get that “musty” smell. There’s probably a more technical reason, but I couldn’t say off the top of my head haha.
